Hi @Inkpress, First, you have to turn off the power at the rear of the printer and disconnect both power cords. Reconnect the power cords and turn on the printer. Check that the printer has the latest firmware version. Download the Firmware again and update the firmware to the latest version following page 135 of the User manual "Firmware update". If the problems persists, please contact HP support.

Hi Everyone, My first post at this forum and hope I can gain some help, please. I downloaded the file " NEXUS_01_16_00.8.fmw" Trying to update via Embedded Web Server. Get the error message: Package Update Error Fatal system error has occurred Please restart the printer Tried to save the file onto the USB and update via inserting USB into to the printer. Still no luck. The only file in the USB Drive is the firmware file. I also check my Window System to ensure that's the correct version to download. Any help will be most appreciated. Best Regards, KAI
