hp latex 64 cutter "up down encoder not working- reboot"
sorted myself thanks lol.. appears to be an issue with the rollers underneath they have scratches on them. Im sure thats where the sensors are. I tried a small piece of media to clear the fault and then it worked when I put my large sheet back in.

How can we improve it?
I have constant issues with this machine. Unusual to turn on and start cutting without some form of error. This is today's issue. I cleaned the pinch rollers hoping that would help and didnt. Any advice? Thx
